All of our products are made in the USA and each is crafted by hand in our studio.
Bientro is an Elven word meaning 'create' and it defines our vision to step outside of the box of crafting traditional leather and artwork to provide quality customized goods and original artistic creations not offered elsewhere.
Shipping Policy
Shipping:

We ship products on the same day if ordered before 1:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business days.

Shipping confirmations will be emailed to the customers.
​
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Should the next business day be a Federal holiday, we will ship on the following business day.
