Returns or Refunds

Returns must be documented immediately. As long as the product(s) is/are not damaged by any way, we will provide a refund, minus any shipping charges. Please notify us of a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Make sure to include your Order number and other details as to why the product is being returned.

Custom Orders ARE NOT Refundable or Returnable:

Note that custom orders are NOT refundable, as a custom order is made to order to your specifications. Make sure your custom order specifications are exact before your purchase.

Customers who purchase through our website/store have up to 30 days to notify us of a return back to us.

Refunds:

Once an item is received, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Please make sure that the product is still in functional and working order. Any damaged products will not be refunded. We expect any returns to be in the same condition as sent.

For products such as our leather holsters, sometimes measurements may be off when based on a specific product and the type of leather used Please send us a message to inquire about measurements so that we can help ensure the holster fits your dedicated device.
